MediaPost reports that a new study is out that says more than a third of ad execs say their digital ad insertion orders do not run according to their plans, at least some of the time. The study included 300 advertiser and agency executives was conducted by Advertiser Perceptions. [read more]

Singer has filed a lawsuit against Facebook accusing the company of bilking advertisers by inflating the number of people Facebook ads could reach.
