After 27 years on the air Bob Dumas was let go by G105 in Raleigh this week. He posted a video on Facebook Wednesday which has nearly 1,000 listener comments so far. He thanked the station, listeners and told his Facebook followers that they have not seen the last of him. [read more]

Twenty-five-year broadcasting executive Gigi South is the new Market Manager for the Cumulus cluster in Savannah. South replaces Eric Mastel, who heads to Cumulus Charleston as Market Manager. [read more]
 
 
Townsquare has hired Troy Clingerman as Market President and Chief Revenue Officer for its Wichita Falls, Texas, cluster. Prior to joining Townsquare, Clingerman was LSM for Tegna (KYTX-TV) in Tyler. He also worked in digital sales management for E.W. Scripps in Tulsa. [read more]
