BMI revenue for its fiscal year which ended June 30 was $1.283 billion, up 7% over the previous year, and a record for revenue. BMI distributed $1.196 billion to its songwriters, composers, and publishers, its highest distributions ever, and a 7% or $78 million increase over last year. [read more]
 
Public radio stations across Texas are teaming with NPR to increase coverage of statewide issues aimed at underserved regions. Reporters and editors from the state’s four largest public radio stations are planning statewide coverage together and to share resources. [read more]
