Marketron has hired Jim Howard as its new Chief Executive Officer. Howard replaces Micael Collins who held the position for a little more than a year. Howard was an operating partner for Diversis Capital, the private equity firm which acquired Marketron in 2018. [read more]
 
Sean McDowell will be hanging up the headphones on July 31st after forty-one years in radio and twenty six with WDVE. The rock station is owned by iHeartMedia in Pittsburgh. McDowell started his career with WYDD New Kensington.  [read more]
