SBS Says Revenue Increased in Q4 SBS LogoSBS's much-delayed Q4 2016 earnings were released late last night and the company reported consolidated net revenue of $42.1 million compared to $40.3 million a year earlier. That's an increase of $1.8 million or 5%. SBS's radio division net revenues increased $1.1 million or 3%, due to increases in national, local, and digital sales. Local sales increased in Chicago, Miami New York and Puerto Rico. [read more]

SBS Wins Another Copyright Suit SBS LogoAttorneys James Sammataro and Hans Hertell, with the Miami office of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, tell Radio Ink they have successfully defended SBS in the company’s second victorious copyright trial in the last six months. The court granted a "directed verdict" in SBS’s favor before the close of day one of the trial, ruling that the plaintiffs “miserably failed” to offer any credible evidence of SBS’s alleged infringement.
