According to Forbes magazine Howard Stern leads the pack making $90 million between June 1, 2016, and June 1, 2017. Forbes says the SiriusXM host now has a net worth of $450 million. The Cleveland Cavaliers have announced a multi-year agreement with iHeartMedia Cleveland to serve as the official broadcast home for Cavs basketball. WTAM-AM will continue as the long-time radio home of the Cavs. Games will also be simulcast on Rocker WMMS-FM. [read more]

Karen Wishart began her employment with Urban One as an Executive VP on October 2. She'll be taking over for Linda Vilardo as Chief Administrative Officer after Vilardo's final day on the job, which is December 31. The two will work together during the transition. According to an SEC filing, when Wishart takes over she'll be paid a base salary of $425,000 with an opportunity to make up to $150,000 in bonuses. [read more]

The host of Spencer’s Neighborhood has signed a new mulit-year contract with St. Louis’ 106.5 The Arch. Graves came to St. Louis and The Arch in October 2015, from the legendary WSTW in Wilmington, Delaware. Spencer’s Neighborhood includes co-hosts Cassiday Proctor and Brandon “Brando” Luttman. The New Jersey Devils announced that former goaltender Glenn “Chico” Resch will serve as a radio analyst, joining veteran play-by-play voice Matt Loughlin for Devils coverage on WFAN. The Devils also announced they've extended their agreement with WFAN to carry their games. This will be the 13th seasons the Devils will be heard on WFAN. The new 105.3 Free (Beaumont/Port Arthur, TX) has added 15-year radio veteran Jim King to its ranks as the 10 a.m.-2 p.m. midday show host. The vastly experienced King returns to the terrestrial airwaves on "Greatest Hits of All Time (Country edition)" after a 9-year absence. [read more]

Entercom San Francisco radio stations Q102.1, 96.5 KOIT, 98.5 KFOX, and 95.7 The GAME are partnering with the Latino Community Foundation to raise funds for those impacted by the recent earthquakes in Mexico City and surrounding areas.
