TRN Consulting; Management Solutions; Entrepreneurial Stratagem; Structural, Talent, and Revenue Solutions; Proprietary Methodologies; Profitable Innovation

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Do you have a substantial company facing structural problems and need solutions? Are you looking to optimize your existing brand but don’t know how? Do you watch others succeeding in your nationwide niche when you know that what you have to offer adds more value, and you need a breakthrough?

Are you a large company that needs a senior management overhaul? Would you like to simply delegate your primary leadership functions to a mentor-team in order to optimize your structural systems and bring your profits to new heights?

Finally, are you a beleaguered major lender to a troubled radio group that needs new, innovative replacement management, for the benefit of your stakeholders, but you don’t have any viable options for a “replacement management team” that can make your assets perform successfully?

This is what we do. Solutions to these and other problems are our specialty.

I will be attending the National Association of Broadcasters event in Las Vegas (April 22nd through the 27th).

If any of the above criteria fits your situation, you can contact me at markmasterstrnconsulting@gmail.com for availability and scheduling during the NAB.

For those of you who are less familiar with me, what follows is a brief synopsis of my particular background and some of the groundbreaking successes that have occurred under my stewardship.

I hope to see you at the NAB.

Cheers!

Mark

Background Synopsis on Mark Masters

Mark Masters is an award-winning creative force in three different forms of media/industries. Mark is often best known for creating “eight of the ten largest syndicated talk radio shows” in the United States. Mark's syndication companies' revenues grew at a compound annual rate of 49% per year, each and every year, for five straight years in a row. This success was achieved through innovative approaches towards training, marketing, sales, and optimizing the customer’s advertising experience. Mark also launched and syndicated the largest “all news” morning radio show in the United States, as well as successfully syndicating his friend the late Alan Colmes’ radio show nationwide, as well.

Mark credits in part, his success in syndication to key specialty skill sets in the understanding of the powerful presentation of “mission critical” content in context, and utilizing an elegant, nuanced approach in creating programming that has maximum positive impact and recall, which contain key, “memorable moments” for maximum success and profitability.

Mark has also built three national news-only operations in the last 30 years. These news operations include:

*The design and creation of an award-winning print magazine in the late ’80s that was responsible for breaking the code to “desktop publishing” at that time, while also winning “best new national consumer magazine” in the United States (Ozzie award, bronze category)

*Building of the first “long form,” all-news syndicated radio format in the United States (15 hours a day, at its height)

*The launching and build-out of the radio news division of the Fox News Channel (circa 2002-2004) at the unsolicited request of the President of FNC.

Mark has also received multiple national writing awards for journalism as well as covering “Gulf War One” as a print journalist at that time.

Mark is also heavily involved in the “screen industries,” and is managing partner in two television production companies, which specialize in acquiring intellectual property rights to unique properties. Through these companies he has both invested in, and with, many of the top individuals that played key roles in creating some of the largest-grossing blockbuster movies of the last 25 years. With Mark’s input, investment, and entrepreneurial spirit, there are now as many as six television series in progress (several in their second and third seasons). These TV programs range from scripted dramas to children’s programming.

Mark credits his broad abilities to have carefully navigated and successfully innovated through all of the above by utilizing the “best practices” and proprietary methods famously pioneered by Dr. W. Edwards Deming.

Dr. Deming is credited as being the “Steve Jobs” of what the common consumer now takes for granted today as “quality” across most every product and service category that remain dominant today. Dr. Deming’s methods of “building quality into the process” changed the entire world, starting in 1950 through today. Mark was one the last students to study directly under Deming, just before Dr. Deming’s passing at 93 years of age. Mark has since applied all of Deming’s innovations and process-oriented methods to every industry that he has been involved with while adding his own innovations in the process, achieving often-stellar results. Mark credits his success to Dr. Deming’s mentorship.
